Andrea S. Lukes, MD, MHSc, FACOG
Founder and CEO
Dr. Andrea Lukes established CWRWC after completing 10 years at Duke University Medical Center. She received her bachelor’s degree in religion from Duke University, followed by a combined medical degree and master’s degree in statistics from Duke University. She then completed her ObGyn residency at UNC. While on faculty at DUMC, she co-founded and served as the Director of Gynecology for the Women’s Hemostasis and Thrombosis Clinic. She participated in research programs supported by the NIH and CDC, as well as conducting multiple industry sponsored FDA trials. She continues to actively consult with industry regarding development and implementation of research protocols, including communications and presentations to the FDA. She has participated in over 100 FDA approved clinical studies.
Scarlet Dial, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Scarlet is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who offers over 16 years of primary care experience along with advanced gynecological care. Scarlet has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University along with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nursing from Duke University. Scarlet specializes in acute and chronic management of health conditions, contraception, family planning, weight loss assistance, hormone replacement therapy, and mental health management. Scarlet is currently working as both clinician and Sub-Investigator at the Carolina Women’s Research and Wellness Center, conducting phase 2 and phase 3 clinical trials in women’s health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, or enjoying the outdoors.

Ashley Schaublin Mascianica, WHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Ashley Schaublin is a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She comes to Women’s Wellness Clinic with 7 years experience in obstetrics and gynecology. Ashley completed her undergraduate at Union College in upstate NY. She relocated to NC to obtain both her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Nursing at Duke University. Ashley strives to develop a partnership with her patients and is committed to empowering women on their wellness journey. Ashley’s special interests include, preventative medicine, pelvic floor dysfunction, contraception, preconception counseling, acute GYN concerns (vaginitis, urinary tract infections, STI management) mental health, and weight management. Outside of clinic, Ashley loves spending time with her two daughters and husband. She also enjoys participating in equestrian sports.
